By creating an account, booking an experience, or using any Boatigo service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Each person may maintain only one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Experience & Operator Guidelines

• Experiences are provided by independent third-party operators/vendors
• Boatigo acts as an intermediary platform connecting travelers with service providers
• Actual experience may vary slightly from descriptions due to weather, seasonal conditions, or operational factors
• Operators reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel experiences due to safety concerns
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the operator during the experience
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made through the Boatigo platform or by contacting support
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline and the experience operator's policy
• Boatigo reserves the right to cancel bookings and issue full refunds in exceptional circumstances
• Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, reviews, or booking systems
• Harass, abuse, or threaten operators, staff, or other users
• Damage or misuse any equipment, property, or natural resources during experiences
• Resell bookings or transfer them without prior authorization
• Post fake or misleading reviews

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on Boatigo (logos, text, graphics, images, software) is owned by Boatigo or its licensors
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) grants Boatigo a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

• Boatigo provides a marketplace platform and is not the direct provider of experiences
• Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid for the specific experience
• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during experiences conducted by operators
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated reviews or third-party content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boatigo, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action
• We offer a grievance redressal mechanism — details available upon request
